Limited 20 Day Puppy Health Warranty

Should a veterinarian diagnose this puppy with Parvovirus, Distemper, Hepatitis, Canine Influenza, or other Respiratory Infection within the twenty days immediately following your purchase, you may take your puppy to a Non-Emergency Veterinarian, where all reasonable diagnostics and treatment will be reimbursed, up to the purchase price of the puppy. We do NOT reimburse for the initial examination.

Buyer has read and understands The Puppy Palace CT's limited warranties and acknowledges that no cash refund or reimbursement of veterinarian fees for the initial examination or for any other veterinary services rendered, nor reimbursement for consequential or incidental expenses, will be made. If a medical reimbursement is needed, please scan and email all Medical Notes and Invoices to [email protected]. Make sure that your Veterinarian inputs the Microchip number on all documents. All Invoices and Medical Documents must have the name of the owner on them.

Medical reimbursements will normally be reimbursed within two weeks. Reasonable treatment fees will only be reimbursed. Cost for diagnosis procedures are not covered.

Limited One Year Puppy Hereditary & Congenital Warranty

Should a veterinarian diagnose, within 1 year of the purchase date, a hereditary or congenital disorder that is currently interfering with this puppy's ability to lead a normal life, The Puppy Palace CT will:

1. Reimbursement of appropriate veterinary bills up to 50% of the purchase price. You must supply The Puppy Palace CT with your veterinarian's written report within twenty days of diagnosis. Our Veterinarian whose findings will govern this warranty, must concur with any diagnosis.
2. Hip Dysplasia and Nares surgery are NOT covered.
3. In the rare case of a puppies' death, an AUTOPSY is required to process a claim.

NOTE: Please scan and email all documents to [email protected]. Make sure that your Veterinarian inputs the Microchip number on all documents. All Invoices and Medical Documents must have the name of the owner on them. NO PHOTOCOPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
